Services may include, but are not limited to, providing Clients with dissertations, research papers, book reports, term papers, and other types of assignments written by Our team (“Paper”) for research/reference purposes and for your personal use only. All Papers are provided to assist Clients in preparing their own papers. It is the sole responsibility of Clients to complete their own papers and to cite the Website as a source when using respective content as a reference.
Services may include editing, proofreading, paraphrasing, or formatting existing papers of Clients. Please note that rewriting an existing paper with 40% or more plagiarized content may qualify as providing a custom Paper and be charged accordingly.
Services are provided only to users who submit an appropriate order form on the Website, and the Website may charge fees for such Services. The Services are provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the specific commercial provisions and policies (including Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.) as detailed on the Website. These provisions and policies may be amended or changed from time to time.
ORDER PLACEMENT
When placing your order, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for any possible consequences or misunderstandings arising from providing inaccurate and/or incorrect and/or unfaithful information.
You will be asked to give final confirmation of your order instructions. Your Paper instructions should be confirmed within your Order Tracking Area within 3 hours of placing the order (1 hour for orders with urgency less than 24 hours). PAYMENT
All payments are due upon receipt. If the payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the Client forfeits Services. Fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, and/or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes.
If you contact your bank or credit card company and decline the payment, this will be considered a breach of your obligation, and your use of the Services will be terminated. DISCOUNT POLICY
We care about our Clients and offer them the best value through a discount system. The Website has the right to provide discount programs as described on the Website.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
You earn back 10% of your total bill in Points after your first order. Points are accumulated in your Credit Balance and can be used for future purchases on the Website. Points are valid for 9 months. Make a new order within 9 months to retain Points.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued according to these Terms. You may request a refund within 14 days for Papers less than 20 pages/slides and 30 days for Papers over 20 pages. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and documented proof of dissatisfaction may be required.
REVISIONS
Revision requests must be made within the 14-day Revision Period for Papers under 20 pages/slides and within 30 days for Papers over 20 pages. After this period, revisions will be considered a new order requiring additional payment.
VERIFICATION
We may require personal identifying information to verify your order and payment. Verification involves confirming order authenticity and cardholder awareness of charges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for the outcome of academic submissions, the failure to meet academic material, or any damages related to your use of the Website.
DISCLAIMER
